The Dr. Francis X. Witkowski Publication Award was established to remember and honor the late Dr. Witkowski, a dearly missed cardiologist and a great scientist and friend. The award will be given to a trainee and favor innovative or technologically-based science in a cardiovascular-related research article (in press or submitted in a peer-reviewed journal within the last year). All trainees with relevant publications are encouraged to apply. Application deadline: May 15, 2025

The award will be presented at CVRI Research Day 2025 on June 6.
